The main iron gated entrance, with its pebbled driveway, is adorned with tall cypress trees through which you can see the estate s communal red-soil tennis courts. Main activity of the estate is wine & oil production. Torre del Cortile is one of eight restored maisonettes and villas, that comprise Monnalisa Estate This apartment may be rented alone, or in conjunction with the other villas on the estate to accommodate larger groups.
Torre Del Cortile is a charming 17th century tower-shaped Italian villa with architectural features that are characteristic of Tuscany.Accommodation is spread across four floors. Torre Del Cortile is attached to a outhouses. This villa is has it own entrance. There are a few large stone stairs up to the main door. The majority of the furniture is well-restored authentic antiques, typical of those found in well appointed villas in Italy. Regional features such as terracotta floors, wood beamed-ceilings and frescoed walls preserve the rustic atmosphere of the classic Italian villa. During the warmer months season guests may enjoy having meals on the private terrace since it is fully equipped with table, chairs and lounge chairs. Torre Del Cortile may be rented in conjunction with Bellavista to accommodate larger groups (12 persons). These two villas share a door that is locked when Torre Del Cortile is rented alone.

In this same room is located the dining room that has access to a medium-size terrace, with a spectacular view of the vineyard ad olive grove valley.

Third floor:
Stairs will lead you up to a cozy living room with fireplace (complimentary wood at any time), Sat T.V.
There is a large swimming pool (fully equipped with: sun-beds, sun-umbrellas, chairs & tables, outside-shower W.C. with changing-room) & small pool for children (both pools cleaned once a week) is to be shared with 5 more small houses of this typical Tuscany estate. A 3-min. walk pebble pathway will lead you down to this pool, placed outside in the open air with a beautiful view of the olive groves.

The property is located in a remote area, car rental is recommended.
